I have extra garlic cloves that I need to use soon, so while looking online for a recipe to use with garlic I came across roasted garlic. I was just curious.. has anyone had roasted garlic before? I do like garlic, but I’m not sure how this will actually taste. Any roasted garlic fans out there?
